Agricultural Warehousing & Quality Certification

AI-verified grain.
Tamper-proof certificates. One digital platform.

Every truckload is photo-verified by AI against the declared commodity, weighed, graded and bagged with individually-scannable QR codes — issuing digitally-signed, publicly-verifiable certificates with a complete, immutable audit trail.

Why this platform exists

Every grain of trust, accounted for

Warehouse leakage and quality disputes have long relied on manual paperwork and after-the-fact audits. This platform puts an AI check at the moment grain enters the system — photo-verified, weighed, and bagged with its own QR — so every certificate issued can be independently verified by anyone, instantly, without a phone call.

The goal is simple: make good-faith operations effortless, and make it very hard for anything else to slip through unnoticed.

What the platform does

Built for accountability at every stage

AI photo verification

Every truckload is photographed and cross-checked by a vision model against the declared commodity in real time — before a single bag is stored.

Bag-level QR tracking

Each individual bori gets a unique, tamper-evident QR at intake — not just the truckload — so custody is traceable bag by bag through storage and dispatch.

Digitally-signed certificates

Quality certificates are hashed and signed with Ed25519, then QR-linked to a public verification page anyone can check — no phone calls, no fake PDFs.

Automatic fraud detection

Declared weight vs. weighbridge reading, repeat vehicle numbers, and override patterns are continuously monitored and surfaced as alerts.

Bilingual by design

Commodities, certificates and the public verification portal support English and Hindi for officers, suppliers and citizens alike.

Public chain of custody

Any citizen can scan a bag or certificate QR to see its full history — received, sampled, graded, stored and dispatched — with nothing hidden.

End-to-end flow

From truck to certificate in six steps

Automated bagging line with weighing and quality-scan stations

Illustrative reference — weighing, quality scan, and label/QR application are the physical steps our AI pipeline verifies at each stage.

1
Intake

Truck arrives, weighbridge captures weight, live camera photographs the grain.

2
AI verify

Vision model matches the photo against the declared commodity in seconds.

3
Grade

AI suggests a quality grade; the inspector reviews and confirms it.

4
Certify

A signed, hash-verifiable certificate with QR is issued instantly.

5
Track

Every bag gets its own QR and is scanned in individually to stock.

6
Dispatch

Stock leaves only by scan — every movement is logged and auditable.

Verify a certificate or bag, right now

Every lot certificate and every individual bag QR resolves to a public page — no login required. Try any lot number (e.g. LOT-2026-001) or a bag serial.
